  • What is included in your Magnum Plan?

    The Magnum Plan includes unlimited items, distributors, par & reorder levels, wholesale & retail costs, price tracking, reports & analytics, purchase orders, restock manifests, and email & phone support.

  • How much does a subscription cost?

    The Magnum Plan is a subscription available as an in-app purchase, and includes a 30-day Free Trial. Afterwards, the plan then auto-renews at the rate of 99.99/month ($US). You may try out FLOW and cancel at anytime.

  • What makes your app better?

    Unlike other apps which make their customers take photos of items, we personally create pixel-perfect representations of every item in our system. The item is then verified by one of our liquor specialists, to prevent you from ever tallying inaccurate data.

    Don't believe the 99% accuracy claims of others. FLOW is truly the most accurate liquor inventory app on the market. We wouldn't trust other customers with our bottom line, and don't think you should either.

  • How long does it take to complete inventory?

    For a large venue with a couple bar locations and a total of around 400 items, it takes roughly 1 hour to complete inventory. This includes setting extra items and cases for each item. If you have a smaller bar with closer to 100 items, inventory will take roughly 15 minutes or less to complete.

  • How well do you know bars & nightclubs?

    We aren't just a tech company trying to make an app. We have decades of experience working at, managing, and running bars & nightclubs of various sizes, from small around-the-corner bars to multi-venue nightclubs. We know the pain you are experiencing first-hand. And we're sick of notepads, scales and Excel.

  • Do I need to buy hardware?

    Absolutely not! Your smartphone, a revolutionary device, is already sitting in your pocket, so why would we make you purchase expensive handheld devices?

  • How do I complete inventory?

    After easily tapping & dragging your finger on all of your items to set fill levels, just return to the main screen, then tap Complete. This will complete your current inventory period and reset all fill levels for your next period. Our innovative persistent fill level functionality will retain your last session's fill levels for easy future reference.

  • What happens after I complete inventory?

    After completing inventory, you will instantly receive an industry-standard comma-delimited file (CSV) to your email address on record. Additional fields will be present such as distributors, par levels, and full price tracking. You may send this file to your liquor distributors for easy, automated purchase order management.

    Want to send this inventory record to another email address from within the app? Just visit Reports, then tap the report to send. You will then be prompted for the email address to receive the report.

  • Do you have an admin console?

    No. Having a separate admin console usually requires you to login to another website, and from a non-mobile device. We have found that having all of your data within the app, at your fingertips, provides a more painless & pleasant user experience.

  • How do I delete something?

    Just press & hold the area, section or item you wish to delete, and confirm the dialog prompt.

  • How do I re-order items in a section?

    Just press & hold the item, and green arrows will appear underneath the items. When you find where you want to place that item, tap the appropriate arrow, and the item will be moved.

  • Which devices do you currently support?

    iOS: All iPhones currently supported by Apple (5/5S/SE/6/6+/6S/6S+/7/7+) running iOS 9.0 or higher are supported.

    Android: The Google Pixel/Pixel XL, Samsung Galaxy S8/S8+, OnePlus 5, Moto Z/Z Play, HTC U11, LG G6, and ZTE Axon 7 are all supported. Our Android app will also work on many other mobile devices, and we will be extending official support for more devices in the near future.

  • Where can I download FLOW?

    Chanj FLOW is available for download in the App Store and Google Play Store.

  • Does Chanj have any tech expertise?

    Chanj was recognized by Google as an emerging startup, and received a grant of $100k from Google Cloud Platform for Startups. We've setup our technical infrastructure in a way to ensure plans will remain affordable long after our $100k in resources have been fully depleted.

    The Magnum Plan is available for those who need full inventory reporting, and also includes distributors, par levels, advanced analytics, and much more.

  • How do I pronounce your name?

    Chanj is the phonetic spelling of change (chānj). We believe in change so strongly, it's our name. The only way to advance forward is to embrace change and accept new technologies & experiences.
